No load noises after 10 pm please, A 2nd person pays 50,- € /month for water and electricity consumption, which is credited for water and energy costs. For water, electricity and heating costs 100,- € is credited, (2 people 150,- €) from the rent, exceeding costs are to be paid by the tenant. After a cat leaves, it is 50 € extra for deep cleaning.
