The corridor and small and longer staircase outside (down to the ground floor ) of the flat has to be wiped wet every Friday. 90€ will be charged monthly in addition to use the washing machine and dryer. A key will be provided after payment.. The price for this apartment is based on an occupancy of 1-4 persons. From 4-6 persons it will be 3500€.
