Does Wunderflats offer insurance for my apartment?

No, Wunderflats does not automatically offer insurance for landlords/-ladies. In the event of damage, the deposit can be used as compensation for the relevant costs. However, we recommend that you take out liability insurance or household insurance to protect yourself against any damage that might occur. Legal claims for damages apply during a tenancy. To identify any damage that may occur during a rental period, we recommend that you attach an inventory list to the rental agreement and document the condition of the apartment during the handover in a handover protocol.
