You can see how often your listings have been viewed if you log in to your account and click on "Performance". 

Based on this, you can see how competitive your listing is and also the rental price, etc. Therefore, if you receive hardly any views and no requests, you should take another look at your listing. Possible adjustments here are the price and the deposit, which should not be more than 1.2-1.3 months' rent, as well as photos, title and description text as well as amenities.
