Potential tenants can submit non-binding booking requests online. These are forwarded to landlords. They check the apartment’s availability and can accept or decline the request. The booking request only becomes a binding booking once the landlord gives final confirmation. This requires the tenant to have completed verification. At this point, the one-time service fee for tenants becomes due. It covers every service that keeps your booking safe and simple. For certain apartments, the first month’s rent also becomes due as well.
