Rent

The rent is due monthly and must be paid directly to the landlord/-lady. The first month's rent is due before moving in. The details of the rent payment are defined in the rental agreement. 

At Wunderflats, all apartments are offered with all-inclusive rents. These include the utility costs as well as the internet.
