Rent

Rent payments are due monthly and must be paid directly to the landlord. The first month's rent is due before moving in. The details of the rent payment are defined in the rental agreement. 

At Wunderflats, all apartments are offered with an all-inclusive rents. These include the utility costs as well as the internet.
