Why do I need an account?

As a tenant, you can upload all relevant information and documents in your account that we need to create a rental agreement. You can easily manage all bookings and, for example, view the status of your current booking requests. You can also create a wishlist of apartments.

As a landlord/-lady, your account helps you to manage your apartments. You can create listings there, improve them, update availabilities or import them from iCalendar. You can also see the booking requests you received and answer them directly. In your account, you can enter all the relevant information we need to create a rental agreement. After you and your tenants sign a rental agreement, you can download it there, as well as your invoices. You even have the option to sign the rental agreement online in your Account. In addition, you can check how often your listings have been viewed by clicking on "Performance" in your account.
