The house is located in the centre of Berlin close to the S Bahn Friedrichstraße and therefore offers a great transport connection. Supermarkets are within walking distance. Friedrichstraße is an important cultural and shopping street in the centre of Berlin, which forms the core of the Friedrichstadt district and gives its name to the Berlin Friedrichstraße station. It runs from the northern part of the old Mitte district to Hallesches Tor in the Kreuzberg district.
