Quiet Altbau apartment, almost all yours, Charlottenburg
About this listing
Private room
Welcome to this bright and spacious 79 sqm first-floor Altbau apartment on Berlin's Mierendorff Insel — a quiet, green "island" neighborhood bordering Moabit, just 2 minutes from the canal path. High ceilings, tall windows, and classic Altbau details give the apartment character and light throughout the day. A private balcony offers a peaceful spot for morning coffee. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped for immediate move-in.
Additional Information
For almost the entire stay, you’ll have the apartment to yourself. One room is reserved for us, and we’ll use it only occasionally, at most one weekend per month. We’ll always let you know well in advance, and we’ll respect your space during those visits. It’s a good fit for professionals, researchers or visiting academics who want a quiet, homely base in Berlin without the feel of a shared flat.
