Private room

Hello everyone, I‘m offering my room in our shared flat in Kempten city :) Since I‘ll be in Australia from July till December/January, I‘m looking forward to find someone to lookout after my flat while I‘m gone. The room is fully furnished (except for the tv and electronic devices) and there will be no additional costs (water, gas, electricity and wifi included).
