Dear Tenant, Thank you for your interest in the apartment in Immanuelkirchstraße. We at Wunderflats, have set ourselves the goal that the tenant / / should feel completely comfortable in his furnished apartment from the first day. If you want to rent this apartment, however, you will have to expect some increased construction noise and disturbances for the next few weeks. The construction company responsible will do its best to make the construction phase as pleasant as possible for you as a tenant, but unfortunately, disturbances are unavoidable. In return, the landlord will of course agree to an appropriate reduction in rent for the entire period of the work. By means of the measures listed below, we would like to give you a brief overview of the construction work you should be prepared for over the next few weeks. Your apartment will be directly affected by the construction work, and therefore it may be necessary to coordinate access dates. If this is the case, measures to prevent dust formation (tarpaulins, etc.) may be necessary in parts of the apartment, so that furniture may have to be temporarily moved aside for the stay. The following construction work will directly affect you in the coming weeks: - At the present time (as of 03/30/2021, there is scaffolding in front of 1.5 windows of the apartment. In the further course, the balcony will be installed from the outside, where for the time being no direct access to the apartment will be necessary. The installation of the balcony will start after Easter at the earliest. - After the external installation, there will be a breakthrough in the apartment to the balcony and the installation of the balcony door (duration: approx. 2-3 days). - After that, further plastering and painting works will have to be done on the new balcony exit in the apartment (total duration for works in the apartment approx. 2 weeks). - After the work is completed, the apartment will thus be equipped with a new balcony with a location facing the courtyard. In order to protect the rooms of the apartment against dust and dirt during the works, a dust wall / airlock will be installed in the affected rooms.
