Durch die direkte Lage an der A61 sowie Bus- und Zugverbindungen ist eine gute Anbindung nach Bonn/Köln/Koblenz gegeben. Deine Unterkunft liegt zentral in einer ruhigen Wohngegend in Ahrweiler. Ahrtor/Niedertor mit der Altstadt sind nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Zum Ahrweiler Bahnhof läuft man gemütlich in 10 Minuten (Bahnverbindungen halbstündlich nach Bonn/Köln). Bushaltestellen sind in 5-Minuten-Gehradius mehrere vorhanden. Ahrweiler liegt direkt an der A61 (27 km von Bonn, 57 km nach Uni Köln, FH Remagen 14 km) Ein Stellplatz direkt am Haus ist im Preis enthalten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Netto/Bäckerei am Niedertor, Aldi/Hit/DM/Apotheke/Baumarkt/Bäckerei/McDonalds im Mittelzentrum direkt am Ahrweiler Bahnhof. In der Ahrweiler Altstadt findest Du Sportsbar, Kneipen, diverse Shoppingmöglichkeiten und viele Restaurants. Ich wohne mit ihm Haus; arbeite Vollzeit in einer KiTa; bin morgens früh aus dem Haus und spätnachmittags wieder da. Bei Fragen bin ich abends oder per Handy erreichbar. 🇬🇧

Your room is on the 1st floor of the house facing the courtyard and has its own kitchenette and a modern private bathroom. The high-quality kitchen is equipped with a fridge / freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob with extractor hood, microwave / hot air / grill combination. The modern daylight bathroom is equipped with toilet, large walk-in shower with shower center / body jets and countertop wash basin in front of a large mirror. Your walk-in closet is hidden behind the glass door. Modern double bed with a classic 1.80 x 2.00 m mattress and a large dining table with two chairs in it. There is also a 32 inch LED satellite TV in the room (including WiFi). The house is centrally located in a quiet residential area in Ahrweiler. Ahrtor / Niedertor are only a 5 minute walk away. The Ahrweiler train station is a leisurely 10-minute walk (train connections every half hour to Bonn / Cologne). There are several bus stops within a 5-minute walking radius. Ahrweiler is located directly on the A61 (27 km from Bonn, 57 km to Cologne University, FH Remagen 14 km) A parking space directly at the house is included in the price. Shops: Netto / bakery at the Niedertor, Aldi / Hit / DM / pharmacy / hardware store / bakery / McDonalds in the center right at the Ahrweiler train station. In the old town of Ahrweiler you will find a sports bar, pubs, various shopping opportunities and many restaurants.
