If needed, I will be happy to put you in touch with an experienced cleaning lady. - No parties and noise after 10 pm - The floor is a real wood parquet and must not be walked on with street shoes. - The house may be occupied only with the specified tenants. - Dogs are not allowed on the seating or in the bed.Pets are allowed with conditions
