It comes with wifi (fiber) and everything else you need. 75qm, terrace, large windows, floor heating in all rooms, electric exterior blinds, dish washer, elevator. It's on the 1st floor, but the backyard is elevated, so you get to enjoy a terrace and some lawn, but no one is walking by your windows.
Additional Information
You will have exclusive use of the bedroom and full use of the rest of the apartment during the sublet period. I am in Asia for the next year.
