Beautiful small, basement apartment with private access and terrace (shared use). The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials and offers plenty of storage space, including a washing machine. The bathroom with window has a large shower. The single bed can be converted into a comfortable double bed and is therefore also suitable for two people. The TV is only equipped with Apple TV (no SAT reception) and can be used with e.g. Netflix (own account required).
