Hello, I am not in Germany from April to September and would like to sublet my beautiful 1-room apartment. Everything works, the apartment is on the ground floor (but high first floor, so you can't look in through the window) and top furniture is available! Great neighbors, you can't hear a thing. The location couldn't be better in my opinion: in 3 minutes you are at the Karl-Liebknecht-Kurt-Eisner-Straße (bus stop), but you still have your peace and quiet due to the quiet side street.
