No loud noises or disturbing behaviour after 22:00. In case of loss of our keys, we have to charge the cost of door lock replacement, cylinder etc.... If the drain pipes are blocked by food leftovers, cat litter, sanitary towels and other hygiene items such as tampons, ear sticks, nappies, packaging leftovers etc.... the guest must bear the costs for the plumber himself.
