Additional Information
Whether the apartment can be taken over will be decided over the course of the year. There is a tendency toward handing it over, but a definite decision will only be made later in the year. Accordingly, a takeover may possibly take place earlier than December 2025. Any arrangements regarding this would, of course, be made in close communication with the subtenant.
