Good to know: In my opinion, Mannheim Luzenberg is an inconspicuous district of Mannheim. The neighborhood is very friendly, there is a very good butcher within walking distance. All everyday shops are not far away (ALDI Süd, GÖRTZ bakery, gas stations, tanning salon, cosmetic studio, market purchase, pharmacy, pet shop, Norma, beverage market, dm market, etc.) Two train lines as well as the Waldhof train station or Luzenberg train station are within walking distance. - Coasters must be used on glass and wooden tables to protect the surfaces (they are provided). - Glass wall and fittings should be dried with a microfibre cloth after showering (I also provide one to prevent limescale stains) - Please take off your shoes in the apartment (delicate wooden floor), there is enough space in the cloakroom to store your shoes - Handle sports equipment carefully (e.g. placing weights carefully) Overall, the house rules posted in the hallway apply.
