We rent out our beautiful flat in the attic over two floors to a maximum of two people. It is important to note that this is an inhouse flat and also goes upstairs and downstairs to the laundry room through our shared hallway. We share the washing machine and tumble dryer in the basement as well as the garden. The flat is of course self-contained and also has its own electricity and water meter.
