We are looking for quiet, animal-loving, preferably older people (couples, single seniors, or couples with older children) as subtenants. We mainly live in the lower part of the house. Only my husband's office and my son's room are upstairs. We have two large dogs and cats ourselves. A friendly and sociable atmosphere is a prerequisite.
