It's surrounded by gorgeous villas and located within walking distance to "BERGPARK KASSEL" (UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE). Even though it's very secluded, the next bus station is only 2 minutes by foot, which will take you directly downtown under 10 minutes. We completely renovated the apartment in May 2023 for short term rental, and it is fully equipped with everything that the heart desires.
