I sublet one room 22sqm in 120qm flat. Shared kitchen and bathroom. It is next to sbahn station (13 minutes to Ostkreuz) and has everything you need around the corner. It is for parent & child (up to 12 years) - not for couples. During the day there is street noise, because the room is right on Main Street. I am 45, academic, very respectful, child-friendly.
