Private room

The apartment is located in the south of Dortmund (Hombruch). The advertised room can be rented. There are also 2 people living in the apartment, aged 21 and 26, with whom the bathroom and kitchen are shared. The room has an access to a terrace and a backyard. Both are only accessible from this room. The room was refurbished in March 2023 and has a comfortable double bed (180x200) and a day bed/sofa, which is also extendable. The kitchen and bathroom are modern!
