The apartment is located in the popular Akazienkiez in Schöneberg in one of the most beautiful streets. Nevertheless, it is extremely quiet. In the second backyard, you can only hear the birds chirping. A small, cozy bedroom with a 140cm bed, a large, open kitchen-living room with a couch, and a bathroom. The apartment was newly renovated in 2021, the bathroom redone, the floors sanded. All furniture is vintage furniture, or specially made.
