I live in that house alone with my two dogs. I have a additional bathroom two bedrooms- a third room can be arranged- it could be either for a young family with one or two kids- school is nearby- location is right in between the cities of Mannheim and Heidelberg on the river Neckar- it’s a quite place- supermarkets near by - 30-40 Minutes to drive to Frankfurt .
