For contracts with a duration of less than six months, VAT is payable immediately and on a monthly basis. The tenant will receive an invoice itemizing the VAT, which they may claim with the tax authorities. Accommodating any additional person beyond the number of occupants agreed upon in the rental contract is prohibited, whether on a short-term or long-term basis. Furthermore: The tenant acknowledges and agrees that the entrance, the courtyard, and the stairwell are under video surveillance.
