Ich bin derzeit selbst Mieter und möchte die Wohnung ab Mitte Oktober bis Ende März untervermieten, da ich länger auf Reisen sein werde. Was den Zeitraum angeht bin ich etwas flexibel. Die Wohnung hat sehr viel Tageslicht und hat super zugeschnittene Räume. Ich selbst bin erst im Dezember 2025 eingezogen und habe alle Möbel neu angeschafft.
