The kitchen and toilet are one floor below and are shared with others. The kitchen has a large dining table for shared meals and cosy evenings. The members of the flat share are all working.

We are looking for a communicative flatmate who is considerate towards other flatmates and who considers it a matter of course to stick to the cleaning rota for the kitchen. This is all the more important as we offer two guest rooms in the house for short-term rental. However, our flatmate will not be involved in managing the rental of these rooms to guests.
