The tenancy requires a cleaning service of three hours every 2 weeks. The costs are not included in the rent fee. The cleaning lady is very trustworthy. the set day is every second friday. 50,- Euro for 3 hours cleaning bed sofa, apple TV and an extendible dinner table -no shoes in the house. -no smoking -no loud music and partys -if keys get lost, the tenant has to pay for the replacement of keys and door lock
