Entire apartment

I am renting out my fully furnished two-room apartment for January and February, with the option to extend the stay if desired. Internet and all utilities are included in the rent. The apartment is equipped with a Smart TV. There is a small dining table with three chairs. If any of the smaller pieces of furniture are not needed, I can store them in the basement.
