As the landlady lives in the flat for around half the year. The flat will contain the landlady's art, books and some other decorative and personal items, including clothes (but there will be plenty of closet space regardless). There isn't really a possibility of redecoration. The furniture is mostly antique and the flat is in an Altbau building, so things are fragile to an extent and require gentle and considerate treatment. There will also be some plants that would require watering.
