Great neighbourhood, all Freiburgers go hiking, cycling and walking here on Sundays...:-) Newly equipped with dishwasher, induction cooker, microwave, cappuccinatore, TV etc. Own terrace + lawn for eating or chilling outside. Bus to Freiburg is 150m away, hiking & cycling trails right outside the front door. 1 car park available.

Important: 1 double bed in the bedroom. Leather sofa in the living room is only for emergencies! Mobile phone reception in the flat: Vodafone (D2): Very good (4G) O2: Phone calls without problems, 4G not everywhere Telekom (D1): Telephone and Internet poor! Internet: The entire house currently still uses Vodafone LTE (4G) for internet access. This is fast, but video streaming should definitely be in reduced quality so that everyone in the house can use the Internet! ;-)
