I'm renting my 3 rooms 67 m2 apartment. It's a classic Haussman Parisian building. In the midst of a very lively colorful and exotic neighborhood of little India Paris above Gare du Nord.

All the street-facing windows have double glazing so it is very quiet and peaceful inside. The kitchen is fully equipped. Both bedrooms are equipped with double bed. The apartment is located on the 1st floor (2nd for Americans) and the building is equipped with an elevator which is convenient for luggage. Regarding the building safety: Two building secured doors by code and intercom with camera. the apartment door is a security door also.
