Located in the old city limits, its a 5 min walk to the town square. There's restaurants, bars, cafe's in the vicinity. The train station is a 10 min bike ride away and theres a couple of grocery stores also within 5-7 mins of walking. Stuttgart airport is about a 25-30 min ride.
