Entire apartment

Hi :) I am Philip and would like to sublet my apartment from December to February/March because I am traveling to Asia. The apartment is located in the charming southern city of Karlsruhe. On foot you are within 5 minutes in the city center, the subway right outside the door, as well as numerous bars, restaurants, supermarkets within the Südstadt.
