A dedicated parking space is located in front of the house. Rewe and Lidl are both within walking distance from the apartment. Having a car would make staying in this apartment even more convenient. If you do not have a car - taking the train to Horrem train station and then taking a bus (15 min) will get you here. WIFI WARNING - DO NOT download illegally. Doing so could result in additional charges or the withholding of your deposit.

There is no smoking anywhere inside the house at all. Please be respectful of that. Smoking in the house will result in additional financial charges for damages, starting at a minimum of €500. A cleaning team can come in (every two weeks at your expense) if you are occupying the place for more than a month a minimum of €55 per cleaning to start. If heavy additional cleaning is required discuss with owner
