It's about a 7-minute walk to Birkenstrasse subway station (U9), 8 minutes to the M10 tram, and around 12 minutes to the Ringbahn (Westhafen S-Bahn station). You can get anywhere quickly from here, and it's even faster by bike. (Bike is also provided :))
