Located right next to the Waldschlösschen Bridge, you can quickly reach the University Hospital and, thanks to the excellent transport links, the city center and other parts of the city. Shopping facilities are located directly across the street. Several restaurants are within easy walking distance. If you don't need the smaller bedroom and would prefer to use it as a study, for example, we can also move the bed to the storage room.
