Additional Information

Preference will be given to tenants who have liability insurance (Haftpflichtversicherung). It is a low-cost insurance that also helps in case of any damage during the stay (instead of paying from the security deposit). Not all items present in the pictures of the apartment are available. Only the ones listed under the amenities are available for the tenants. E.g. Working desks are available, but not the monitors present in the pictures.
