After the energetic renovation, we converted the 43 sqm granny apartment of our house into furnished apartment with its own entrance and barrier-free path. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a shower room with window and a hallway with wardrobe furniture. The apartment has its own terrace. Leibnizstraße is a quiet Tempo 30 street without through traffic. There is parking on the street in front of the house.
