Lovely apartment to stay, fully renovated, new parket wooden flooring. Big balcony, wonderful view. Double bed 140x200 as well as sofa with sleeping function. Another sofa is available, could be used as a bed for children or guest or third tenant. Working space for comfortable work in home office.

During the heating season 1.September to 15. May extra fees for heating 72 Euro monthly will be charged. The price is considered for 2 persons. For any other guest (incl. baby) beyond 1 extra 72 Euros will be charged.
