There are three sleeping room, a dinning and living room with a sleeping couch and another dinning and living room with a small kitchen in the attic floor with a double bed and a sleeping couch. The river Elbe is 5 minutes by walking. There are several tramlines to the centre of Dresden. About 5km away from Blasewitz. In the souroundings there are severals Restaurants and supermarkets.
