Wir suchen zuverlässige Personen, die unsere Wohnung für bis zum 10 Monate übernehmen möchten. .Die Möbel sind größtenteils neu – neues Badezimmer, neue Küche, neue Schränke, alle Küchengeräte sowie Bettwäsche, Handtücher und alles, was man braucht, damit sich ein Ort wirklich wie ein Zuhause anfühlt. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig. Penny und Lidl sind in der Nähe – mit dem Fahrrad erreicht man Edeka und Rewe in etwa 4 Minuten. Auch die beste Sauerteigbäckerei ist ganz in der Nähe. S+U Neukölln ist etwa 5–7 Minuten entfernt. Hermes, DHL etc. sind direkt um die Ecke. Tempelhofer Feld und Treptower Park sind etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad oder 4–5 Minuten mit der S-Bahn entfernt.
