As mentioned in the listing, parties and noisy events (loud music etc...) that could disturb our neighborhood are forbidden in our apartment. It is also forbidden to smoke inside the apartment. Any breach of these rules during the stay will result in a financial penalty. IMPORTANT: during events with a high risk of wild parties and damages (New Year's Eve, Halloween, National Day...), ...
