Do I have to pay to use Wunderflats?

Landlords can list their furnished apartments on Wunderflats completely free. They get expert support from our team throughout the process. Only once they have found suitable tenants for their apartment, a Wunderflats Service Fee is applied. This fee is a percentage of the total rental price and depends on the location of the property.

How can I list my apartment on Wunderflats?

You can create a listing on Wunderflats in just a few steps.

Enter the address of your furnished apartment.
Create an account using your email address or an existing account on Facebook, Google or LinkedIn.
Confirm your email address, complete your account details, and you can set up your first listing.
Add general information about your apartment and the rooms.
Set the monthly all-inclusive rent including utilities.
Upload photos of your apartment.
Give your listing a meaningful title and add a description of the apartment in English and German.
You can select additional features from a list.
Click on "Publish" to complete your listing.

We will contact you by email to arrange an appointment for a verification call.
As soon as we have verified you, your listing will be live!
