Participation in the Wunderflats competition, hereinafter referred to as the operator or organiser, is free of charge and is governed exclusively by these conditions of participation.
The duration of the competition is from 06.12.2021, 12:00 hrs to 22.12.2021, 23:59 hrs. During this period, users will have the opportunity to enter the competition online.
In order to participate in the competition, all participants must find a specific Wunderflats listing. The URL of the listing must be shared publicly via the Instagram, Facebook or Twitter platforms and the Wunderflats profile must be tagged. Participation is only possible within the entry period. Each participant can only win once. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
Only one submitted message per entrant will be entered into the competition. It is strictly prohibited to use multiple Instagram or Facebook profiles to increase the chances of winning.
Entry into the competition is free of charge.
The contest is open to natural persons who are resident in Germany and who have reached the age of 18. Participation is not restricted to customers of the organiser and is not dependent on the purchase of services.
All persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition and employees of the operator as well as their family members are not eligible to participate in the competition. In addition, the operator reserves the right, at its own discretion, to exclude persons from participation if there are justified reasons, for example
(a) in the event of manipulation in connection with access to or implementation of the competition,
(b) in the event of breaches of these conditions of participation,
(c) in the event of unfair conduct or
(d) in the event of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the competition.

The provider will post a total of twelve competition posts on its Instagram, Facebook and Twitter profiles from Monday, 6 December 12:00 to 22 December 12:00. Posts will be published on the provider's profiles at 12:00 on each of the following dates: 6 Dec, 7 Dec, 8 Dec, 9 Dec, 13 Dec, 14 Dec, 15 Dec, 16 Dec, 20 Dec, 21 Dec and 22 Dec 2021. The content of the posts will be clues to a city in which a fictitious flat of Santa Claus is located. Each week, there are four fictitious flats to be found in four different German cities. For each fictitious flat, there is a flat listing on the provider's platform. This listing has to be found and the URL of the listing has to be shared publicly via the platforms Instagram, Facebook or Twitter and the Wunderflats profile has to be marked/tagged in it. For each listing, the quickest person to share the URL of one of the listings and tag the provider's profile in it wins. Each participant can only win once. The winners will be informed by the provider in a timely manner via private message reply about the prize.
The prize will only be handed over to the winner via direct message. It is not possible to exchange, collect or pay out the prize in cash.
Any additional costs associated with claiming the prize shall be borne by the winner.
The Promoter expressly reserves the right to terminate the competition without prior notice and without giving any reason. This applies in particular to any reasons that would disrupt or prevent the competition from running as planned.
No personal data is required to participate in the competition. The posting of the URL via Facebook or Instagram does not require the provision of any personal data.

The operator's competition is subject exclusively to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.
Should any provision of these terms and conditions of participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions of participation. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a legally permissible provision that most closely approximates the economic intent and purpose of the invalid provision. The same applies in the event of a loophole in these conditions of participation.
