EXPENSES INCLUDED in the rental rate: water, local charges, building maintenance costs, condominium costs, internet and TV. A visit of our staff is scheduled once a month, to change the white linen (bed linen and towels). EXPENSES NOT INCLUDED: Electricity costs - the apartments are equipped with an individual meter.
