Please note that this is a one-room apartment equipped with a kitchenette, a freestanding bathtub, and a double bed – all perfectly arranged in a compact space. On the floor below, accessible via a wide basement staircase, is a completely renovated toilet with a sink. Unfortunately, there wasn't enough space for an en-suite bathroom directly attached to the apartment, so we opted for one on the basement level.
