The shared house has 3 individual rooms. The room at the top right is offered here, it has approx. 15 square meters and is fully furnished with TV, bed (140 x 200 cm), chest of drawers until it is rented. The house (80sqm) stands on a 1000sqm plot near the North Sea (Spieka, Cuxhaven) The house has been completely renovated and is in the final stages, but there is still work to be done in the garden, which we will continue over the weekend.
